This event is open to all current and future COTAK users and contributors. COTAK users encompass all first responders in the State of Colorado, while contributors are individuals who help advance the platform through development, training, or support. The 2026 COTAK Summit is scheduled to take place at the Copper Mountain Conference Center, located in the heart of Copper Mountain Center Village at 184 Copper Circle, Frisco, CO 80443. Renowned for its year-round experiences, Copper Mountain offers an ideal setting for a conference getaway, allowing you to enjoy Colorado's great outdoors while participating in the 2026 COTAK Summit.
The COTAK Program Team has reserved a block of rooms at the Cambria Hotel in Copper Mountain for conference attendees. A special booking link will be provided to guests once the COTAK Summit registration goes live in January 2026.
We strongly encourage all participants to book their accommodations at the Cambria Hotel, as they are offering a special discount for our event. Additionally, the hotel is just a five-minute walk from the main conference center. Information on how to reserve your room using the event's room block will be available in early January 2026.
Please note that the Cambria Hotel can provide tax-exempt accommodations for guests who require them, in accordance with their organizations' policies.
Copper Mountain is easily accessible via Interstate 70 from Denver International Airport (DIA), which is located approximately 100 miles from the venue. Another option is Eagle County Airport, located 55 miles from Copper Mountain; however, it serves only a few airlines.
While weather conditions are generally stable during the summer months, I-70 can be unpredictable due to accidents and road closures. Therefore, whether you are driving or flying, it's essential to allow yourself ample time for your journey to Copper Mountain.
On-site parking is available at Copper Mountain Village and at your hotel accommodations. As the event date approaches, the COTAK Program Team will provide a detailed map outlining recommended parking lots.
Please note that some areas of Copper Mountain may require a paid parking permit. Be sure to follow any posted signs and check parking meters for information regarding these fees.

If you are unable to attend the COTAK Summit and need to cancel your registration, you can receive a full refund as long as you request it within 60 days of your purchase date.
