Agency Registrations

In order to register an agency, you should hold a supervisory role within that agency, or be acting on the request of your supervisors. Please read the following two options carefully, concerning which option you should use to register.

Claim an existing agency

We may already have your agency registered with us, but "unclaimed", meaning that nobody is actively managing it. Check the table below, search for your agency, and if it is marked Unclaimed, click the green Claim button. This will take you to a simple form with some additional instructions.

Register a new agency

If you don't see your agency listed in the table below, you may request that your agency be added by clicking this link. This will take you to a form you need to fill out, and your request will be sent to the COTAK system administrators for verification.
